Product Introduction
This cooling water station is suitable for cooling equipment such as film transfer size presses, calenders, and press rolls in paper machines, and can also provide cooling for oil stations. The entire system features PID interlocking control and can be integrated into the paper machine DCS (Distributed Control System).

System Description

Cooling Water Pump

Multistage pump selected, with pump body made of 304 stainless steel. One pump is in use and one in standby. During operation, if the system detects that the water flow is lower than the set value, the standby pump will automatically start to reach the set flow and meet the system's cooling requirements.

Water Storage Tank

Made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with a return water filtration device, level sensor, and automatic water replenishment on-off valve. When the water level is too low, the valve opens to automatically add dryer cylinder condensate water.

Cooling Device

The cooling system offers multiple configuration options to ensure optimal matching based on requirements.

Filtration Device

The system is equipped with two filters with a filtration accuracy of 100 microns to ensure the clear water entering the heat exchanger and roll body remains clean.

Control System

The control system of the cooling water station adopts a Siemens automation control cabinet, enabling two-location operation: on-site operation and operation at the DCS engineer station.
