AK-SSC backwash scraper filter is not only used for water filtration, but also widely applicable for self-cleaning filtration of viscous materials such as solvents, acidic and alkaline liquids, polymers, coatings, etc. It has higher efficiency, accuracy range of 30-3000 microns, and can handle liquids with viscosity up to 800000 centipoise. Due to intelligent PLC control, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and send signals to the discharge valve for automatic discharge. The AK-SSC backwash scraper filter has two modes, internal scraping (NG) and external scraping (WG).

Function Description
The AK-SSC backwashing scraper filter is not only used for water filtration but also widely applicable to self-cleaning filtration of viscous materials such as solvents, acid-base solutions, polymers, and coatings, with higher efficiency. The precision ranges from 30 to 3000 microns, and it can handle liquids with viscosity up to 800,000 cP. With intelligent PLC control, the system can automatically detect the deposition level of impurities and send signals to the drain valve for automatic sewage discharge. The AK-SSC backwashing scraper filter has two modes: internal scraping (NG) and external scraping (WG).

Working Principle

The water to be treated enters through the inlet. During the filtration process, dirt and impurities in the water gradually accumulate on the surface of the filter screen, forming a layer of filtered impurities. When the impurity layer reaches a certain amount, the motor drives the scraper blade to rotate closely against the screen to remove impurities, and the automatic backwashing process starts. After the cleaning is completed, it enters the next filtration cycle.
