The AK-VDblade vacuum double blade is specially designed for dewatering and cleaning of vacuum couch rolls, vacuum transfer rolls, grooved rolls, blind hole rolls and other positions.

The AK-VDblade vacuum double blade uses specially designed blades. During operation, the blade tip contacts the roll surface with minimal working pressure. Meanwhile, the tail of the blade maintains a slight gap from the roll surface, forming a wedge-shaped low-pressure zone that gradually expands in a nearly enclosed space. This unique design creates an enhanced vacuum zone behind the main blade, where water sucked out by the vacuum is secondarily scraped off by the auxiliary blade.
