Product Introduction
The AK-Disc filter disc microfilter efficiently concentrates, recovers, and filters wastewater, sludge, slurry, and fibers. Relying on gravitational filtration, it eliminates the need for vacuum systems, with the pressure difference formed by the height difference between the inlet and outlet.

This product can be equipped with screening meshes of various materials (nylon or steel wire mesh) with a mesh size of 100-800μm. Its efficient and simple design ensures easy operation, improved efficiency, and convenient maintenance.

Product Applications

Recovers fibers and raw materials;

Filtration Principle
The filtrate to be treated enters the space between the two discs through the inlet, and all particles larger than the mesh pores are intercepted by the screen to form a "filter cake". The established "filter cake" also intercepts particles smaller than the mesh pore size.

To prevent the filter screen from being blocked by the gradually accumulated "filter cake", the filter discs rotate toward the outlet, transporting the filter residue to the outlet where it is discharged by the disc rotation.

To ensure the screen is free of impurities and prevent the accumulation of large particles such as resin, rubber, or similar substances, the self-cleaning nozzles above the screen are activated for cleaning after each rotation, maintaining the cleanliness of the screen surface.
