Operation Principle
Before the paper web enters the nip zone, treated steam condensate is sprayed onto the paper surface. As the temperature of the paper web rises, the viscosity and surface tension of its moisture decrease, enhancing fluidity. This enables better dewatering performance when the paper web passes through the nip zone. Precision steam servo valves, combined with optimized steam injection holes, improve cross-machine quality.
