The AK-CLEAN/WVET high-pressure blanket cleaning system includes a high-pressure pump station, a filtration system, and one or more cleaning beams supported by it, which are centrally controlled by the main control cabinet. Penetrating cleaning of the mesh blanket with high-pressure water improves its air permeability. Friction generated by airflow at the vacuum box penetrates the mesh blanket and carries away dirt from the fabric into the vacuum box. This cleaning method not only thoroughly cleans but also effectively reduces the load on the vacuum system, saving energy and reducing consumption. The reduction in friction between the mesh blanket and the ceramic panel of the vacuum box prolongs its lifespan by 10% to 6-20%

The AK-CLEAN/WET high-pressure fabric cleaning system consists of a high-pressure pump station, filtration system, and one to multiple cleaning beams, centrally controlled by a main control cabinet. The AK-CLEAN/WET high-pressure fabric cleaning system moves crosswise with the paper machine speed to ensure uniform fabric cleaning and eliminate fabric streaks. Nozzles can be replaced quickly, and the cleaning head can be moved to a maintenance position outside the track during normal operation for safer maintenance. Fewer nozzles mean 70%–90% lower water consumption and 80%–90% lower power consumption than traditional cleaning, while suppressing water mist effectively.

The AK-CLEAN/WET high-pressure pump station, controlled by VFD with PID, adjusts output pressure within 30–80 Bar, preventing system scaling caused by temperature rise and ensuring stable, efficient operation. It features high rated pressure, compact structure, high efficiency, and convenient flow adjustment.

High-Precision Servo Valve

Data from AK-FAB.Monitor is integrated into the AK-CLEAN/WET system to adjust cleaning pressure and position targetedly, enabling intelligent, efficient wet end cleaning.

The patented AK-ServoValve high-precision servo valve is applied in the system, automatically adjusting cleaning pressure based on real-time fabric status.
