The dehydration effect and cleaning condition of vacuum rollers directly affect the quality of paper sheets and the maintenance cycle of rollers. Many vacuum rollers of paper machines have to be manually cleaned after 3-4 months of operation due to severe blockage of roller holes, which greatly reduces the amount of paper dehydration. This is both time-consuming and labor-intensive, and affects the overall operating efficiency of the paper machine.

2. Install a true air scraper to extract moisture and dirt from the holes through a powerful vacuum, thoroughly removing moisture from the roller surface and keeping the holes clean.

Function:

1. The vacuum double scraper is specifically used for dehydration and cleaning of positions such as vacuum pressure rollers, vacuum suction rollers, groove rollers, and blind hole rollers.

2. The vacuum scraper adopts a specially designed scraper blade. During work, the blade tip contacts the surface of the roller with minimal working pressure. At the same time, the tail of the blade maintains a slight gap with the roller surface, forming a wedge-shaped low-pressure bag area that grows from small to large in an almost enclosed space. This unique design creates a reinforced vacuum zone behind the main scraper, and the water sucked out by the vacuum is scraped off by the secondary scraper.
